HOUSE BILL NO. 357 "An Act relating to the purchase of alcoholic                                                                
beverages at a club and to access by certain persons under 21 years of                                                          
age to a club's licensed premises when alcoholic beverages are                                                                  
present" was read the second time.                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
Senator Fairclough, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked                                                                     
unanimous consent that the bill be advanced to third reading and                                                                
placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
